Support
Real help, in plain words
Freewarding is self-reflection, not a test. It cannot tell you how you are doing, and no map or number replaces a person. If things feel heavy, the routes below are real and open to you.
Talk to someone today

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112, 999, 911, or your country's) now.
Talk to your own doctor
A routine appointment is a reasonable thing to book, and you do not need the right words when you get there.
- Book it the way you usually would; in many systems you can ask for a telephone appointment if that is easier.
- Say it plainly: “the last few weeks have been hard.” That is enough to start.
- If it helps, bring someone you trust, or ask them to sit with you while you make the call.
- A doctor knows what support exists where you live and can point you to it.
You can reach this page at any time, signed in or not, from the Support link at the top of every screen in the assessment.
